Josefina (Jo) James

I was born and raised in Havana, Cuba and moved to South Florida in 1961. I am a proactive and caring person who strives for excellence.

In the early 70's I worked as an Account Executive for marketing/advertising agencies, which specialized in a real estate developer clientele. In 1979 I became a real estate salesperson and through my 30 year career, have been successsful in selling every phase of this industry.  From vacant land parcels, condominiums,  custom luxury homes, commercial property to condominium hotels with a securities license.  I have been a  consultant to Real Estate Developers and  Manager for New Developements throughout Florida.

Managed the pre sales and resales at Marina Village at Boynton Beach from 2003 to 2008.       Considered the Marina Village "expert" and today continue to be the Top Salesperson.  

Concentrating in  South Palm Beach County, I am now affiliated with Remax Advantage Plus, one of the top selling Remax offices in S. Palm Beach County and the leader in Real Estate worldwide.  This creates a top winning team of professionals working for you to bring you success.
